Ordering Personalised Products is simply, 3 easy steps.
Please Email for Bulk Order Quotes.

Step #1.
After choosing your item/s for purchase, your first step is to outline
or produce your design
that you want on the product.
Images can be a Digital Photo/s taken with your camera,
or Mobile Phone (5 megapixels or better),
a Screen Capture Image,
a Digital Image of a Business logo, Club or Organisation Logo,
a
Scanned Image of a photo or other image/s.
Save your files to a safe and locateable folder.


Scanned Image Information.
When Scanning an Image, the Image must be scanned as "Best Quality",
if possible, 300 pixels per Inch.
Note:
When emailing, images of 2-3mb are not a problem.
Large images provide the best Quality and Clarity.
Images in .jpg, .
jpeg, .gif, .png, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, are all acceptable.

Step #2.
At this point, it is time to Email your requirements to us.
We review your requests and produce Templates for your opinion.
A few emails need to be exchanged, so that you get the service you are paying for.
It is very important, that all spelling, placement of images and colours are correct
and to your satisfaction.




IMPORTANT
Mistakes CANNOT be changed after
Printing.
Ensure that ALL are correct before
approving
your design/s.
Check Spelling, Images and Colours.


Images MUST be attached as files to your Emails.


Step #3.
Now is when you need to make your committment to Buy.
Printing of Templates and Product does NOT start
until Payment has been completed.

We accept Online or Local Bank Transfers, PayPal or Credit Cards via PayPal.
You do NOT need to be a PayPal Member to pay using an approved Credit Card.

Online or Local Bank Tranfers
are our preferred method of payment.

FINALLY - Accepting Posted Items.
Ensure that the Packaging has NOT been damaged in transit.
If it has, then insist that the item be opened in the presence of the Delivery Service.
DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF DAMAGED ITEM/S.

Immediately Email us
with evidence of damage.
Preferably, provide
a photo or two.
